It's Lights, Camra  Action, as filmmakers and guests take their seats at the  2nd annual Bonita Springs Film Festival, Thursday Nov 5 at Prado Theatre, in Bonita Springs.

Sponsors, filmmakers city officials and the festival committe will walk across the red carpet, get their picture taken, while sipping champagne and enjoying an exciting evening under the stars.

Over 30 entries with winners  in several categories being shown that evening.

U.S. Congressman Curt Clawson tours the Everglades Wonder Gardens in Downtown Bonita Springs

Recently several Board of Directors of the Bonita Wonder Gardens Inc; were  excited to give  U.S. Congressman Curt Clawson a tour of the Everglades Wonder Gardens located in Downtown Bonita Springs. 

Like so many, Congressman Clawson shared his memories as a young man touring the gardens with his parents.

Much has changed since his childhood visits especially since the not-for-profit took on the task of Preserving the Experience of the Wonder. 

If you have not been to the Everglades Wonder Gardens in a while, or have never been there, we encourage you to stop by and meet our awesome staff and enjoy the beauty of the botanical gardens, cool alligators, pink flamingos, birds, reptiles and so much more. 

Many more surprises are forth coming including  Ghost in the Gardens in October and the return of Big Joe.

Keeping Busy In The Summer

A lot has been said that Florida is slow in the summer.  However,  I am not so sure.  

Restaurants are still busy, there's lots of traffic on the road, retail stores have shoppers and I have attended a lot of events in the community filled with professionals networking.

But August is almost here, which means yellow school buses, kids biking and walking to school and of course more business for everyone. 

I am so thankful to the clients  who I have the honor and privilege to work with year-round.  They are really awesome business owners who work tirelessly to keep their businesses and employees  engaged and enthusiastic. 

So it's time to gear up for season.  (Ok almost). Polish your silver, dust off the shelves and get your customer service

staff ready and eager to welcome back our winter friends!

I was humbled and surprised when my company TLC Marketing & Creative Services was named the  2015 Small Business of the Year by the Estero Chamber of Commerce.  

What an honor to be selected by a group of peers who I admire.  I so appreciate my clients, chamber members and most of all my guy, Gary Price!
